1. How long will it take to receive my items?
Our items ship from different locations, and this will affect shipping times:
Our ringer t-shirt and baseball shirts are printed to order in the UK and will take up to 10 days to get to you.
Personalised designs will take a few days longer - keep an eye on your emails as we sometimes require further information to complete personalised orders.
Most of our dresses are shipped to you directly from our warehouse abroad which can take up to 30 days.
2. If you're a UK company why do some items ship from abroad?
Some items ship from abroad because that's where some of our suppliers are based. By shipping direct from supplier we can save money on warehouse space, and we pass those savings on to you. That's how we manage to sell you dresses at £30 that other shops are selling for £50+.
3. I have an issue with my tracking number, what do I do?
If your tracking number isn't working, or you're having another issue with tracking, please contact us via email email@example.com
1. Can I return an item?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your items to request a return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are requesting a return due to a faulty product, please include evidence of the fault in your email.
In the case that a product we sent is faulty, we will pay for the return shipping. If you are returning for any other reason you will be asked to cover the cost of return shipping.
2. Can I exchange an item?
In the case that an item we sent is faulty, we can exchange the item for free.
We will not permit exchanges for any other reason.
